Summer Street – Natick, MA (Winter 2023 – Spring 2025)
New construction in downtown Natick, MA. A multi-year project, resulting in a mixed use building with 13 residential units, underground parking, rooftop patio deck and ground floor retail space. The PointsNorth team has completed several projects for Stonegate Group since its inception.
